Burk’s BBQ Mobile Pop‑up is a certified mobile food establishment with the Berrien County Health Department, meeting all requirements for the Michigan Food Law Act, utilizing a commissary kitchen, and bringing you smoked goodness via a pop-up tent!

The best way to describe a mobile pop-up is it is like a food truck – but instead of a truck, we are set up under a pop-up canopy tent.

Where are you located?

We are based in Three Oaks, Michigan, but frequently operate in New Buffalo and throughout Southwest Michigan. Check our Facebook page for current locations, hours, and event announcements.

What are your hours?

Our hours vary based on events and weather. We typically serve:

• Most Saturdays: 11 AM – 3 PM (or until sold out)

• Special events or catering by appointment

Do you sell out?

Yes! We smoke small batches for peak freshness, so we recommend coming early to guarantee your favorites.

Do you sell in the rain?

Yes! We are open rain or shine! However, for the safety of our family and our guests, if there is lightning, we will pause service until it has passed.

How can I pre-order?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer pre-ordering for pop-up events.

Do you cater?

Yes! We offer small catering options for graduations, private parties, etc. Email us at info@burks-bbq.com with your event details for a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We gladly accept cash, credit/debit cards, chip, tap, and contactless payments.

A 2.6% non-cash payment processing fee applies to card and electronic transactions.

Do you have seating?

We are a pop-up mobile establishment and space varies at each location, so all our orders are made to go. We currently do not guarantee seating of any type. You are welcome to bring chairs or blankets to enjoy your meal on location if the event location allows it.

Are restrooms available?

Public restrooms are not usually available at our pop-up locations, depending on the event and venue. Please plan accordingly when visiting Burk’s BBQ.

What’s on the menu?

Our menu rotates but typically includes:

• Brisket

• Pulled Pork

• Mac and Cheese

• Baked Beans

• Coleslaw

Watch for special menu items such as:

• Hawaiian Pork Sliders

• Pork Tacos

• Sausages

Do you allow dogs?

Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome where permitted by the venue. Please be respectful of other guests, clean up after your pet, and keep pets away from food preparation and serving areas.

Where do I park?

Please follow the parking signs when you arrive. No street-side parking is allowed per Three Oaks Township and New Buffalo Township regulations. Event parking may vary.

Do you have merch?

Currently, we have Burk’s BBQ stickers available at our pop-ups. Look for pre-orders on shirts and hats coming soon on our Facebook and Instagram pages!

We also have 3D Prints by Clay available for purchase. Prints vary but include fidgets, dragons, and pop culture themed items—perfect for keeping kids (and adults!) entertained while you wait for your BBQ.

What type of BBQ sauce do you serve?

Joe’s house-made North Carolina vinegar sauce will be available at most events. We will also always serve Sweet Revenge Barbeque Company Original Sauce, which is locally owned and operated in New Carlisle, IN.
